Q: How long is "next day delivery"?
A: Next day delivery refers to delivery on the following business day that was confirmed with someone here at LFS.

Q: What are your delivery options?
A: We offer various shipping options, including standard (2+) date of your choice, next day, Saturday and for urgent deliveries we can do same day deliveries. You can choose the one that suits your needs. Prices vary depending on the delivery service. If any of those options are needed, you can choose a date on the checkout page or please feel free to ring us directly.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: You will receive a follow up email once your order has been placed to confirm date and time slot of delivery, and delivery drivers details.

On the day once our delivery driver is on the way to you, you will receive a follow up email/text where you can click a link and follow his location in real time as he makes he way to your address. His phone number will be included in the message.

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity for delivery?
A: Our delivery services are available for both small and large orders, with no minimum quantity requirements. Our delivery prices vary you can check them on our Delivery Policy.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have a return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

Q: What happens if I'm not available during delivery?

A: Should you desire the placement of your delivery within your front garden or driveway, we shall endeavour to facilitate such placement, contingent upon considerations of distance and accessibility from the public road. It is important to acknowledge that such placement remains solely at the discretion of the delivery personnel. In the event that such placement is infeasible, delivery shall be limited to the kerbside, requiring you to assume full responsibility for the relocation of the delivered items from the public road to your premises.
