Frequently Asked Questions

You will receive a follow up phone call once your order has been placed to arrange date and AM or PM timeslot.

On the day once our delivery driver is on the way to you, you will receive a follow up email/text where you can click a link and follow his location in real time as he makes he way to your address. His phone number will be included in the message.

Should you desire the placement of your delivery within your front garden or driveway, we shall endeavour to facilitate such placement, contingent upon considerations of distance and accessibility from the public road. It is important to acknowledge that such placement remains solely at the discretion of the delivery personnel. In the event that such placement is infeasible, delivery shall be limited to the kerbside, requiring you to assume full responsibility for the relocation of the delivered items from the public road to your premises.

If your order is not out for delivery as yet, you can cancel it by contacting our customer support on 020 8914 8514. Once It is out for delivery, you can follow our return policy once you receive delivery.

Contact our customer support as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, as long as it comes in our catchment area.

We meticulously inspect all our products before dispatch. By accepting delivery in person and signing for it, you acknowledge that the received items are in good condition. However, should you encounter any rare instances of damage, promptly notify our customer support with accompanying photographic evidence. We will swiftly coordinate replacements to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Currently, we don't offer same-day pickup. However, you can opt for our next day or Saturday Delivery options for quicker delivery via calling in.

Next day delivery refers to delivery on the following business day that was confirmed with someone here at LFS

We offer various shipping options, including standard (1 to 4 days), next day, Saturday and for urgent deliveries we sometimes can do same day deliveries. You can choose the one that suits your needs. Prices vary depending on the delivery service. If any of those options are needed please feel free to ring us directly.

At this moment in time we only delivery to specific areas, once you get to our checkout page there is a 'postcode checker' where you type in your postcode and click 'check'. Once you have done that it will you know if you are in our delivery catchment area.

Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Our delivery services are available for both small and large orders, with no minimum quantity requirements. Our delivery prices vary you can check them on our Delivery Policy.

You can request a specific delivery time once your order is placed and you receive a follow up phone call to arrange delivery of your purchases, if we are able to accommodate then this will be done for you but it does not mean we can guarantee. 

Some remote or restricted areas might have limited delivery options. This will come under the delivery drivers digression when he delivers the order.


We have a return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

Upon approval of your refund request, please allow for a processing period of approximately 5-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your designated bank account. Kindly note that refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the initial transaction.

All returns are subject to a restocking and administration charge of 15%.

The goods to be returned must be in pristine condition, unopened, and in their original packaging, if applicable.
