You may return stocked products within a period of 14 days, provided that you adhere to the following terms:

To initiate a return, please contact us through phone or email. Make sure to provide your invoice, delivery note, or order number.

A valid receipt of purchase is required for all returns.

The goods to be returned must be in pristine condition, unopened, and in their original packaging, if applicable.

It is crucial to inspect the goods upon delivery. Once the items have been delivered, they will be considered undamaged. Damaged items cannot be returned.

Please note that no refunds or exchanges will be granted for materials that have been machined or customised according to the customers’ requirements. This includes custom made gates, panels, or trellis.

All returns are subject to a restocking and administration charge of 20%.

If the products need to be collected for the return, a relevant delivery/collection charge will apply, provided that the materials are accessible.

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, an exchange or refund will be issued within 5-7 working days, using the original payment details.
