Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in the UK or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services and possible prosecution.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF CONTENT
While we strive to provide accurate information, we make no warranties or representations as to accuracy and disclaim liability for errors or omissions. Information and prices may change without notice.
SECTION 4 – PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to accurately display product images, descriptions, pricing and availability. However, colours, sizes, and packaging may differ from the website. Product images may not reflect single sale units.
All timber products are treated with industry-standard preservative treatments to protect against rot, fungal decay, and insects. Treatment levels vary depending on the timber type and its intended use.
Proper end grain sealing and adherence to installation guidelines are still required after cutting, drilling or other modifications to ensure maximum performance.
Some fade and discoloration of treated wood products over time is considered normal. How quickly this occurs depends on the wood species, treatment used, and exposure to elements.
Periodic cleaning, sealing, staining or repainting may be needed if desired to maintain the original look of treated wood products. Light sanding may be required if significant weathering occurs.
Buyers should follow all recommended safety precautions when handling, cutting and disposing of treated wood scraps. Wear gloves and a dust mask. Do not burn treated wood.
While wood treatments protect against termites and fungal decay, they do not guarantee the wood will last forever. The lifespan depends on proper installation, care, and environmental factors.
"Nail bleed" can occur due to varying atmospheric conditions, weather, and location-specific factors. While this may not be visually appealing, it does not negatively affect the durability or lifespan of the product.
Products that customers request to be customized are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they have been specifically modified to meet the customer's needs.
SECTION 5 – PRICING AND DELIVERY CHARGES
Displayed pricing is in GBP and includes VAT. Prices and charges may change without notice. We do NOT currently deliver outside of the UK.
SECTION 6 – ORDER PROCESSING AND PAYMENT
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil your order based on product availability. If unable to supply a product, we will attempt to notify you and automatically refund any amounts processed for unfulfilled items.
All orders are subject to acceptance by London Fencing Supplies. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide accurate pricing and product information, but pricing errors may occur. If we discover an error, we will contact you to confirm the correct pricing and obtain your consent before processing the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal payments only. You represent that you are authorized to use the provided payment method.
By submitting an order, you confirm the products are being purchased for personal use, not resale. We retain the right to limit order quantities.
SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email straight away, following this message if order was placed within working hours you will receive a confirmation of delivery date/ who your designated delivery driver will be and your time slot which is generally a 4 hour window unless stated otherwise.
- For urgent same day and express next day, you will receive a confirmation phone call/email after order is placed, by one of our team.
- We strive to accommodate your scheduling preferences and ensure a smooth delivery process tailored to your needs.
Deliveries will be scheduled for the MORNING or AFTERNOON timeframe. However, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
If we are unable to deliver on the agreed day, due to unforeseen circumstances. We will promptly notify the purchaser as soon as we become aware of the situation. The purchaser must provide a daytime and/or evening contact phone number that will be available whilst the goods are being delivered.
Should you desire the placement of your delivery within your front garden or driveway, we shall endeavour to facilitate such placement, contingent upon considerations of distance and accessibility from the public road. It is important to acknowledge that such placement remains solely at the discretion of the delivery personnel. If such placement is infeasible, delivery shall be limited to the kerbside, requiring you to assume full responsibility for the relocation of the delivered items from the public road to your premises.
For orders including fencing posts 8 ft or longer, corner & end posts the customer or a representative must be present at the time of delivery to assist the driver in unloading the posts. If no assistance is available, the driver may be unable to deliver the posts and they will be returned to London Fencing Supplies at the customer's expense. No refunds will be provided for undelivered posts if no unloading assistance is available.
As it is kerbside delivery it does not need to be signed for, once delivery has been delivered, all liability is passed onto you.
Offloading over walls, fencing, or similar structures will only be attempted if the driver determines it is feasible to do so. The driver’s decision in this regard will be final and based on safety considerations.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please inform us of any potential obstructions that may pose difficulties, such as overhead power cables or road access problems.
The company cannot accept responsibility for any costs incurred by purchasers due to non-delivery or delayed delivery of goods.
We appreciate your cooperation in providing this information to facilitate a successful delivery.
SECTION 8 – PRODUCT GUARANTEES
Some products have a manufacturer’s guarantee. Valid guarantees require proof of purchase and apply only to new items. Used/damaged products may be ineligible. Terms and conditions available upon request.
SECTION 9 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You may return stocked products within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once inspected, refunds will be issued within 3-7 working days.
Custom orders are generally non-returnable. Initiate returns by contacting us about your return with your order number to hand. Returns without an order number will not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline refunds outside the 14-day window.
SECTION 10 – ONLINE SECURITY
We use reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. You use our website at your own risk. We are not liable for damages resulting from use of our site.

We are not responsible for third party content, products or services. Use caution when engaging in transactions and review third party terms and policies.
